At our school, being a student leader is a huge adventure! We empower our pupils to build independence and real-world confidence from an early age. Children even fill out their very own job applications to apply for these special roles—a super fun way to practice real-life skills and take pride in their school!

Here is how our amazing pupil leaders make our school an awesome place to learn and play:

• Diversity Champions: Sparkly, creative, and welcoming, this team makes sure everyone feels celebrated! They organize our high-energy "Express Yourself Day," review library books for fantastic representation, and bring inclusion to life through artwork and an Online Diversity Magazine.

• Attendance Champions: Cheering everyone on to come to school ready to learn, these leaders team up with staff to share why school is so cool. They design colourful posters and run our favourite "Feel Good Fridays" to start the weekend with bright smiles.

• Curriculum Champions: These curious thinkers help make lessons super exciting! They gather student ideas about learning, host cool NHS career workshops, run inspiring assemblies that break stereotypes, and get everyone moving with fun health and exercise talks.

• Eco Champions: Our passionate planet heroes! They take the stage during Sustainability & Environment weeks, run hands-on Earth Day workshops, and lead the charge during our action-packed Big Clean Up week.

• Play Champions: Fantastic Year 5 and 6 helpers bring extra joy to the playground! Trained to lead active games and look out for anyone who needs a buddy, they make sure playtimes are packed with kindness, laughter, and inclusion for everyone.
