Administering medicine in school

If your child has prescription medicine which has to be administered in school hours, please collect a medicines request form from the office. The office will be happy to help you fill out a medicines form detailing the medicine to be given and the details for administration if needed.

Please note, any medicine needs to be prescribed by a health professional and have your child's details printed on the label of the medicine.

Regular school attendance is extremely important, and ensuring this for your child demonstrates how much you value their development and want the best for their future.

However, we understand that children are sometimes too unwell to attend school and that deciding when to keep your child at home can be tricky.
